June 17 witnessed a big gathering of KPMG alumni and staff in one of the most prestigious and classy Kyiv places, Leo Club.

On June 8, KPMG Ukraine’s professionals acted as key speakers at the Banking CFO Forum that took place in Yalta.

KPMG Ukraine is co-sponsoring Aerforum that is taking place in Kharkiv on June 7-9 and is the biggest gathering of this kind in the CIS region.

The Career Start project initiated and implemented by AIESEC in Kyiv was widely supported by KPMG in Ukraine. The firm acted as a Golden Sponsor of the Career Start conference, a core event that took place on June 2.

On May 26, KPMG’s Tax & Legal Department jointly with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine held a Knowledge seminar on "Ukrainian Tax and Legal Update: What’s New in Taxation, Currency Control and Investment Regulation?".

The credit crisis seems set to prompt a new rush for outsourcing services across the I.T. sector, with a number of new locations worldwide emerging as viable Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hubs, according to KPMG's Advisory practice. Ukrainian city of Lviv has been identified as one of them.
