- You will have your own portfolio of clients in various business sectors
- ensuring audit engagements meet all professional and KPMG standards
- visiting client on-site and being a point of contact throughout the year
- timely communication with the engagement partner and client on issues and progress of the work
- presenting and discussion of draft reports with clients
- monitoring the project costs, raising fees and agreeing collection of these fees
- keeping up to date with KPMG's product and service offerings and
- identifying sales opportunities within your client base
- coaching audit staff and monitoring their career progression
- university Degree in Finance, Economics, preferably with a major in Accounting and Audit
- excellent knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and Ukrainian accounting and legislation
- completed CFA, CPA or ACCA certification or Ukrainian audit license A or B certificate
- four to five years of audit experience
- "Big 4" audit experience
- developed personal profile, excellent communication and organizational skills
- strong analytical and report writing skills
- good general understanding of business dynamics and operations
