KPMG's training and staff development philosophy:

  • Employee skills and competencies are increased through professional training, counseling and practical work experience
We invest a great deal in the professional training of our employees. KPMG has internal training programs aimed at broadening specialized knowledge and developing general skills (teamwork, negotiations, preparation of presentations). An efficient system of employee training and the high level of professional knowledge of our employees are prerequisites for successfully meeting the challenges facing the firm. At KPMG we take issues of continuous professional training very seriously.

KPMG's system of professional training and development includes courses in Ukraine, which when successfully completed will earn the graduate a qualification such as ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). In addition, KPMG provides its employees with the opportunity to obtain an Ukrainian auditor's certificate and take part in training programs offered by other organizations.
